Service

All service and installation tasks are carried out by our trained staff with many years of experience.

Installation

When ordering a kiosk, monitor, etc. we also provide on-site installation. Installation is performed by our trained technicians, who can provide the customer with additional product information on site and train the operator.

Kiosk clean up, maintenance

For long-term and trouble-free operation of the kiosk’s electrical equipment, it is necessary to carry out a complete cleaning at least once every six months. We offer complete cleanup, component checking, PC upgrade, SW upgrade, etc.

We can offer you this service one-time or in case of interest in 1/2 yearly intervals.

Warranty and Warranty Extension

In addition to the standard warranty period, we also offer the possibility of extending the warranty to 3 and 5 years.
We also provide post-warranty service for the project’s sustainability.
